Tresor - Motion -Album

MOTION is the fourth studio album from Congolese-born singer, songwriter and music producer, TRESOR.

The 14-track album dropped on 15 October 2021, with features from the likes of Kabza De Small, Dj Maphorisa, Msaki, Da Capo, Ami Faku and Sun-El Musician. This is a very universal album with a diffusion of global sounds and a global appeal, whilst Tresor sings in English, Zulu and Swahili on this album, language however creates no barrier to the listeners, this album is a proof that music is a universal language, and no matter where you are from, you can easily assimilate this album.

"Motion" is an epitome of the modern Afropop project, quite multifaceted though, which encompasses a wide genre of music, from Highlife to Afro House, Amapiano to Afrobeats and with a hint of Pop, Dance, Electro, Jazz & Soul. Tresor's vibrant voice sounds so crystal clear and dynamic throughout the project which I believe would keep the listeners attuned and engaged.

The production on the album is of high quality and after a couple of listens to the whole album, I feel that it's definitely a breath of fresh air to my ears and this is one of those electrifying albums that will reward the listeners with repeated plays.
