Tolu Makay - "Used To Be" (New Single)

Tolü Makay, an emerging Afro-Irish songstress is here with a brand spanking new single titled

"Used To Be" which is the first song from the super talented Makay's upcoming debut album.

The outstanding track "Used To Be" is the follow up to Tolü Makay alongside the RTE concert orchestra's rendition of the Saw Doctors' classic hit single N17, which was aired on RTE on New Year's Eve (31 December 2020), the video of the performance went viral on Twitter, hence had received great and positive feedbacks from Tweeps on a global scale.

Makay's stellar version of the Saw Doctors' N17 has now been released as a single and it's available to download on iTunes.

The past year has been a very good one for the soulful singer, amidst the pandemic / lockdown, Tolü has been doing wonderfully great, her debut EP "Being" was released in October 2020, a brilliant project which features smashing tracks such as "Wild Thang", "You Are Enough" and "Don't Let Go".

With a couple of sold out shows at The Grand Social, Dublin in the summer and the works in progress for an upcoming studio debut album, all I can say is that the sky is just the beginning for Tolü Makay.
