NIZZY drops new Afro Fusion wavy tune - "Tell You" (Person) featuring Shy Dollars.

Coming off the back of tastemakers like Red Bull Music, MTV Base, GRM Daily, Earmilk, and Okay Africa, Afro-fusion Londoner, Nizzy releasing highly-anticipated new single, ‘Tell You’ (Person) out on March 19 2020, coming off his forthcoming EP ‘’Love N Rhythm’’ slated for an early release this year.

The catchy tune has Nizzy collaborate with one of Nigeria’s hottest up and coming afrobeats producers, Mykah, and rightly so as ‘Tell You’ (Person) hits with a bang. The song is driven by a silky-smooth, yet thick tone that mixes in a wholesome dose of Nigerian patois with premier UK rap thanks to the Shy Dollars feature. Its cadence is also one to admire, with nifty one-liners like; ‘’Make you no dey do me Timmy Turner’’ or ‘’If loving you is wrong then I’m all crime’’ popping up during its 3-minute span.

Speaking on the inspiration behind his new single, Nizzy said:

‘’The single was inspired by all the hardworking black queens out there. The plan was to create happy, fun music and praise them at the same time. It feels like something you would want to listen to at all time and I hope listeners can connect with me through my fusion sounds’’.

Nizzy has a sound that can be described as a near-perfect form of Afro-fusion and with successful singles such as "Mona Lisa" featuring Wauve, "Midnight" featuring Big Tobz or perhaps his 4-month-old EP, ‘’Pillow Therapy’’ to back that up, there’s a lot to expect from the act’s growing catalogue.
