2PAC SHAKUR - ALL EYEZ ON ME "Album" #TBT 

You can't mention Hip Hop without mentioning the name, 2pac Amaru Shakur, one of the most astute poets that ever existed in hip hop music. 

2pac was  born on June 16, 1971 in Brooklyn, New York. 

I practically have all Pac's albums, as I had grown up listening to Pac's music, but my favourite album is the "All Eyez On Me" released in 1996, fourth studio album from Shakur also in a double CD format. 

"All Eyez On Me" was a colossal project, lots of timeless classics in the LP, with features from The Outlawz, Nate Dogg, Method Man, Big Syke, KCi & Jojo, Dr Dre, Snoop Doggy, Dogg, Kurupt and more, the masterpiece body of work debuted at number one on the Billboard charts and sold more than 5 million copies within its first year of release and later became on the best selling albums in the states. 

The  LP is very much relevant today and Tupac's music is still widely celebrated all over the world, whilst 2pac is still considered by many as one of the most influential hip hop MC of all time. 

2pac Amaru Shakur was shot at, in Las Vegas on the night of September 7, 1996 in what's believed to be a drive-by shooting, he later died of gun wounds on September 13, 1996 but Shakur's music never dies, his music lives on.
